White Stayflats Lite® Mailers deliver a rigid, stay-flat mailing solution built from 100% recycled paperboard — fully recyclable and suitable for operations with sustainability compliance requirements. The white exterior presents a clean, professional face for direct-to-consumer shipments or branded insert programs.
The side-loading entry accepts contents quickly during high-volume fulfillment runs, making these mailers a practical choice for e-commerce operations, print shops, photo labs, and document-distribution workflows where bending or creasing in transit is not acceptable.
A pressure-sensitive peel-and-seal strip secures contents without tape or additional sealing equipment, and an integrated tear strip allows recipients to open the mailer cleanly without damaging what's inside. Each case contains 200 mailers and ships via parcel carrier.
