The 13-1/2 x 11" White Stayflats Lite® Mailers are lightweight rigid mailers built to keep contents flat and undamaged through shipping and handling. Constructed from 100% recycled paperboard and fully recyclable, they support sustainable packaging programs without sacrificing the rigidity needed to protect flat goods in transit.
The side-loading design is well suited for e-commerce fulfillment, direct mail, retail distribution, and photo labs — anywhere documents, photographs, printed marketing materials, soft goods, or promotional items ship flat. A pressure-sensitive self-seal closure eliminates the need for tape, and an integrated tear strip lets recipients open the mailer cleanly without tools or risk of damaging contents.
Stayflats Lite® construction reduces overall mailer weight compared to standard rigid mailers, helping manage dimensional weight costs on outbound shipments. Cases contain 200 mailers and ship via parcel carrier, making routine restocking simple for warehouses and fulfillment operations of any scale.
