The 16" impulse sealer is a tabletop heat-sealing unit built for closing polyethylene and polypropylene bags and tubing up to 16 inches wide. Impulse technology means the heating element activates only during the press-and-release cycle — no warm-up period required — reducing energy consumption and eliminating idle heat between seals.
The adjustable timer lets operators calibrate seal time to material thickness, producing consistent results across varying poly gauges. This makes the unit well suited to warehouse packaging lines, e-commerce fulfillment operations, light manufacturing, and retail distribution environments where seal quality and throughput both matter.
The unit weighs 10.66 lbs and is sold as a single piece. Service kits — each containing two heating elements and two PTFE glass cloth tape strips — are available separately to support routine maintenance and reduce downtime. Ships via parcel carrier.
