20" Impulse Sealer Service Kit

This service kit restores and maintains the SPB20 20" tabletop impulse sealer by replacing its core wear components. Each kit includes two replacement heating elements, one PTFE tape strip, and one PTFE cover — the parts most subject to degradation through repeated sealing cycles.

Intended for packing lines, fulfillment operations, and light manufacturing environments where poly bags and poly tubing are sealed continuously, this kit supports scheduled maintenance intervals as well as unplanned repairs. Replacing components before seals become inconsistent reduces waste and keeps production moving.

The PTFE cover shields the heating element from direct film contact during sealing; the PTFE tape strip maintains a non-stick sealing surface. Heating elements are the primary consumable in impulse sealers and should be replaced at first sign of inconsistent seals or visible wear. Sold as one kit per unit; compatible exclusively with the SPB20 20" impulse sealer.
