This 4" Impulse Sealer Service Kit contains the consumable components most commonly replaced during routine maintenance: two heating elements, one PTFE tape strip, and one PTFE cover. It is designed exclusively for the SPB4 4" tabletop impulse sealer and is not a universal fit for other sealer widths or models.
Heating elements and PTFE surfaces degrade with repeated sealing cycles, leading to uneven seals or element failure. Stocking this kit supports continuous poly bag sealing operations in warehouse fulfillment, light manufacturing, retail packaging, and distribution environments, where unplanned sealer downtime can interrupt throughput.
