The 16" impulse sealer with cutter is a tabletop unit that completes sealing and trimming in a single operation. Its integrated sliding cutter removes excess tubing immediately after the seal is formed, eliminating the need to reposition the material between steps — a meaningful efficiency gain in repetitive bagging workflows.
This sealer is well suited to fulfillment centers, warehouse pack stations, and manufacturing lines that run polyethylene or polypropylene bags and tubing at volume. The impulse-style heating element activates only during the seal cycle, reducing energy draw and limiting heat exposure between uses — an advantage over constant-heat alternatives in high-throughput environments.
The unit accommodates bag and tubing widths up to 16 inches and weighs 12.86 lbs. Replacement service kits — containing two heating elements, two PTFE glass cloth tape strips, and one cutter — are available separately to support routine maintenance. Sold as a single unit.
