18 x 18 x 40" Telescoping Inner Boxes

This 18 x 18 x 40 inch telescoping inner box is built from ECT-32 kraft corrugated with a full overlap (FOL) bottom construction that reinforces the base against load stress. The two-piece telescoping format — inner carton sliding into a separately sold outer carton — creates a complete shipping unit capable of handling tall or elongated items that exceed standard RSC box capacity.

Telescoping box systems are the preferred solution in warehouse fulfillment, e-commerce operations, retail distribution, and manufacturing environments where oversized or irregularly shaped products must ship without custom-cut packaging. The 40 inch interior height makes this configuration particularly useful for posters, banners, architectural drawings, apparel on hangers, and long industrial components.
