18 1/2 x 18 1/2 x 40" Telescoping Outer Boxes

This 18 1/2 x 18 1/2 x 40 inch telescoping outer box is the outer shell of a two-piece adjustable system, manufactured from ECT-32 kraft corrugated board. The telescoping design allows the inner and outer cartons to slide together, accommodating varying load heights without stocking multiple fixed-depth box sizes.

The adjustable height range makes this system practical for e-commerce fulfillment operations, contract packagers, and manufacturers shipping tall or irregularly dimensioned goods — particularly where a single box configuration must handle products of inconsistent height across a product line.

The outer carton features a full overlap (FOL) bottom that distributes panel stress across a larger glued surface area, adding load-bearing strength during transit and stacking. Each outer carton weighs approximately 3.226 lbs. The matching inner box (T181840INNER) is sold separately and is required to complete the set. Sold in bundles of 10 outer boxes.
