20 1/2 x 20 1/2 x 40" Telescoping Outer Boxes

This telescoping outer box measures 20 1/2 x 20 1/2 x 40 inches interior and is constructed from ECT-32 kraft corrugated with a full overlap (FOL) bottom. The FOL base distributes load weight across the full panel overlap, delivering reinforced stacking strength that a standard RSC bottom cannot match. Sold as the outer shell only — it pairs with the corresponding inner box to form a complete two-piece telescoping set.

The sliding two-piece configuration is well suited for tall, bulky, or irregularly sized products that resist fitting cleanly into a fixed-depth box. Common applications include warehouse fulfillment of long consumer goods, manufacturing shipments of industrial components, and retail distribution of framed art, lighting fixtures, or sporting equipment where variable load heights are the norm.

Each outer box weighs approximately 3.74 lbs. The matching inner box (T202040INNER) is sold separately and must be ordered to complete the telescoping set. Bundles contain 10 outer cartons, and the product ships via parcel carrier.
