24 x 24 x 40" Telescoping Inner Boxes

This 24 x 24 x 40 inch telescoping inner box is the lower component of a two-piece corrugated set, manufactured from ECT-32 kraft corrugated with a full overlap (FOL) bottom. The FOL construction distributes load across the entire base footprint, providing meaningfully stronger support than a standard RSC bottom — a critical advantage for heavy or dense contents.

Telescoping boxes are well suited for tall, rigid, or awkwardly proportioned items that resist folding into a single carton. Common applications include industrial parts, long consumer goods, architectural hardware, and trade-show or display materials shipped through manufacturing, distribution, and retail fulfillment channels. The sliding fit between inner and outer cartons also adds a secondary layer of compression resistance during transit.

Each inner box weighs approximately 5.744 lbs; freight delivery is required. Bundles contain 10 inner boxes. A matching outer box (T242440OUTER) is sold separately.
