24 1/2 x 24 1/2 x 40" Telescoping Outer Boxes

The 24 1/2 x 24 1/2 x 40 inch telescoping outer box is the cap component of a two-piece adjustable corrugated shipping system. Built from ECT-32 kraft corrugated, it features a full overlap (FOL) bottom that distributes load across the base panel and resists deflection under stacking pressure — a critical advantage for tall, heavy, or irregularly dimensioned loads.

The sliding telescoping fit allows height adjustment over the inner box to match contents closely, reducing void fill requirements and excess movement in transit. This system is well suited for warehousing operations, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and e-commerce fulfillment environments handling tall or variable-height items.

Each outer box weighs approximately 4.534 lbs and is sold in bundles of 10. One inner box and one outer box are required to complete a telescoping set; the matching inner box (T242440INNER) is sold separately. Freight delivery required.
