4 x 4 x 48" Telescoping Inner Boxes

This 4 x 4 x 48 inch inner box is the sliding component of a two-piece telescoping box set, engineered for shipping long, narrow items with a cross-section up to 4 x 4 inches. The full overlap (FOL) bottom construction reinforces the base under load, making it well-suited for heavier elongated products that concentrate weight at the ends during transit.

Telescoping box sets are a practical choice for flooring samples, curtain rods, fishing rods, industrial tubing, garment rails, and similar products where fixed-length boxes create overstock problems. The adjustable length at the point of packing lets fulfillment and manufacturing operations cover a range of product lengths without maintaining multiple SKUs on the shelf.

Built from ECT-32 single wall kraft corrugated, this inner box requires one matching outer carton (T4448OUTER) to form a complete shippable set. Each order contains 25 inner boxes and ships via parcel carrier.
