4 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 72" Telescoping Outer Boxes

This 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 72 inch telescoping outer box is the slide-over half of a two-piece adjustable shipping system, constructed from ECT-32 kraft corrugated with a full overlap (FOL) bottom for reinforced base support. It pairs with the matching inner box (sold separately) to create a single adjustable-length container that can be extended or compressed to fit the load.

The telescoping format is well suited for e-commerce retailers, manufacturers, and distributors shipping long or awkwardly sized goods — including rolled banners, architectural drawings, curtain rods, dowels, apparel on hangers, and fluorescent tubes. The adjustable length reduces the need to carry multiple fixed-size SKUs for similar product profiles.

Each outer box weighs approximately 1.038 lbs and is sold in bundles of 25. The complete two-piece set requires one outer and one inner box (T4472INNER). The parcel-friendly size supports routine replenishment without minimum order constraints tied to freight.
