Tape Logic® Poly Strapping Tape is a film-based strapping solution constructed from mono-oriented tensilized polypropylene at 2.7 mil thickness. Unlike steel or composite strapping, it eliminates sharp edges during handling while delivering consistent tensile performance across light-duty bundling, palletizing, and unitizing tasks.
The black film provides strong contrast against light-colored cartons and pallets, improving visibility during inspection. It performs reliably in warm warehouses, manufacturing lines, and distribution centers where ambient heat or friction is a recurring factor — and its 160°F temperature rating keeps it functional in demanding thermal environments.
Steel adhesion is rated at 60 oz. per inch with an elongation at break of 34%, balancing holding strength with controlled stretch. Each case contains 12 rolls and ships via parcel carrier.
