These white expandable Tyvek® envelopes are constructed from 18 lb. olefin, a synthetic material that delivers puncture, tear, and moisture resistance well beyond what standard paper envelopes provide. The 2-inch gusset expansion accommodates bulky or multi-item contents without compromising the seal or structural integrity of the mailer.
The self-seal adhesive strip eliminates the need for tape or additional fasteners, supporting faster pack-out in e-commerce fulfillment, distribution centers, manufacturing shipping departments, and retail operations. These envelopes handle documents, soft goods, and irregularly shaped items that standard flat mailers cannot contain.
Envelopes are made from 18 lb. Tyvek® olefin and measure 12" x 16" with a 2" expandable depth. Each case contains 100 envelopes and ships via parcel carrier.
