These 12 x 16 x 4" white expandable Tyvek® envelopes are built from 18 lb. olefin, a spunbonded polyethylene material that delivers puncture, tear, and moisture resistance well beyond standard paper mailers. The 4" side gusset expands to accommodate bulky flat contents while maintaining a clean, professional exterior.
The open-side loading configuration makes these envelopes practical for catalogs, multi-document sets, soft goods, folded apparel, and packaged components that exceed the capacity of standard flat mailers. They are commonly used in corporate mailrooms, e-commerce fulfillment operations, healthcare distribution, and publishing environments.
The self-seal adhesive strip closes securely without tape or additional equipment, reducing packing time at the station. Each case contains 50 envelopes, and the product ships via parcel carrier.
