This 18 x 6 x 45" side-loading corrugated box is built with full-overlap (FOL) bottom flaps and ECT-44 single-wall construction. The FOL design distributes load across the entire bottom panel, delivering greater stacking resistance and bottom integrity than a standard RSC box of the same wall spec.
The side-loading configuration lets packers insert long, narrow product lengthwise without inverting or tilting the box, reducing handling steps on the pack line. This design suits rolled textiles, curtain rods, fluorescent tubes, sporting equipment such as fishing rods and ski poles, and architectural trim or molding shipped through retail or direct-to-consumer channels.
