40 x 5 x 45" Side Loading Boxes

This 40 x 5 x 45 inch side-loading corrugated box is engineered for long, flat, and low-profile items that don't fit standard RSC configurations. The wide-mouth side-loading opening runs the full length of the box, allowing items to slide in along the long face rather than from the top — a format that meaningfully reduces handling time on high-volume pack lines. Full overlapping flaps provide extra edge protection. 

The side-entry design makes these boxes a practical choice for framing shops, print and sign operations, textile and apparel distribution, and manufacturing facilities shipping flat components, panels, or rolled goods in a protected flat format. The low 5-inch profile keeps contents stable and reduces void fill requirements for rigid items.
