The Quickblade® QBD-379 is a dual-chamber blade dispenser engineered for mounted, point-of-use deployment in demanding cutting environments. The lower chamber holds up to 75 replacement blades and dispenses them through a 2-notch mechanism, while the upper chamber provides an enclosed containment space for spent blades — keeping used blades off work surfaces and out of general waste streams.
This dispenser is well suited to warehouse receiving areas, fulfillment lines, manufacturing floors, and retail back-of-house operations where box cutting is frequent and blade management is a safety priority. Key-lock mounting holes secure the unit firmly to drywall or pegboard without shifting under repeated use, and the blunt safety tip on each .025"-thick blade reduces the risk of puncture injuries and incidental product damage during cutting tasks.
The unit weighs 0.9 lbs and is sold as a single dispenser. Compatible replacement blades are sold separately and sized to the same .025" thickness specification.
