These 4 x 6" insert cards are engineered for use with standard vinyl envelopes and plastic label holders, delivering a clean, high-contrast white surface for printed part numbers, barcodes, SKUs, and location identifiers. Each card measures 6" L x 4" W and fits the most common label holder formats used in rack and bin labeling systems.
Facilities print cards in-house from standard 8.5 x 11" perforated sheets using laser or inkjet printers, eliminating the need for specialty printing equipment or outsourced label production. A Microsoft Word template is included to simplify layout and formatting. This makes them practical for warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing floors, and retail stockrooms where label content changes frequently.
