This 12" tabletop impulse sealer is built for sealing polyethylene and polypropylene bags and tubing, with a sealing bar that accommodates openings up to 12 inches wide. An adjustable timer lets operators dial in dwell time precisely, reducing the risk of weak or burned seals when working across materials of varying thickness.
The impulse design requires no warm-up period — the heating element activates only when the seal bar is pressed and released, keeping the unit safe to handle during idle periods and conserving energy throughout the shift. This makes it well suited for warehouse packing stations, fulfillment operations, light manufacturing lines, and retail back-of-house environments where the sealer may sit unused between cycles.
The unit weighs 9.24 lbs and is sold as a single unit per order. Compatible service kits containing replacement heating elements and PTFE glass cloth tape strips are available separately to support ongoing maintenance.
