The 20" impulse sealer is a tabletop unit that seals polyethylene and polypropylene bags, tubing, and flat poly stock up to 20 inches wide. Its adjustable timer lets operators calibrate seal dwell time to match material thickness, producing consistent seals across a range of poly gauges without burning through thinner films.
The press-and-release operating cycle activates the heating element only during the seal itself, extending element life compared to continuously heated sealers. No warm-up period is required, so the unit is ready to seal immediately on power-up — a practical advantage in production lines, fulfillment centers, and light manufacturing environments where throughput matters.
The unit weighs 28 lbs and is sold individually. Replacement service kits — each containing two heating elements and two PTFE glass cloth tape strips — are available separately to support ongoing maintenance without replacing the entire unit.
