The 8" impulse sealer is a tabletop heat sealing unit that creates consistent, reliable seals on polyethylene and polypropylene bags, lay-flat tubing, and poly sheeting up to 8 inches wide. An adjustable timer lets operators set seal time to match material thickness, and no warm-up period is needed before use.
Its compact footprint and 6.3 lb weight make it practical for packing benches and workstations in warehouses, fulfillment centers, manufacturing facilities, and retail back-of-house environments. Operation is straightforward: place the open end of the bag or tubing between the seal bars, press down, and release — the unit completes the seal cycle automatically.
Compatible service kits are available separately and include two replacement heating elements and two PTFE glass cloth tape strips, allowing targeted maintenance without replacing the full unit. Sold as a single unit per order.
