The 18" foot-operated impulse sealer delivers hands-free sealing for high-volume packaging lines. Its 18-inch seal bar produces a consistent 1/16" seal width, and the foot-pedal design keeps both hands free to position and feed bags throughout a shift — a meaningful productivity advantage in continuous-duty environments.
This sealer handles polyethylene, polypropylene, and metallic bags, making it practical for e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing, retail distribution, and food packaging operations. The variable timer control lets operators dial in seal dwell time to match different film thicknesses without tool changes or production interruptions.
The unit draws standard 110-volt power with no special wiring required and weighs approximately 46 lbs for stable benchtop or floor-mount placement. A replacement service kit — sold separately and including two heating elements and two PTFE glass cloth tape strips — is available to minimize downtime. Sold individually.
