37 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 30" Telescoping Outer Boxes

This telescoping outer box measures 37 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 30 inches interior and is manufactured from ECT-32 single wall kraft corrugated with a full overlap (FOL) bottom. The FOL construction distributes load across the full base panel, adding stacking strength and stability that a standard RSC bottom does not provide. As the outer half of a two-piece telescoping set, it slides over the inner carton and locks the assembly to the precise loaded height.

The telescoping format is particularly effective for elongated, flat, or awkwardly proportioned products that resist standard box sizing — framed artwork, architectural prints, long trim pieces, sporting equipment, and industrial components are common applications.
