3M™ 2517 Flatback Tape is a 6.5 mil kraft paper-backed tape with a rubber adhesive system built for demanding industrial and packaging environments. The flatback construction resists curling and lies flat for clean, consistent hand or machine application.
This tape is suited for bundling, splicing, seaming, and general packaging tasks in warehousing, manufacturing, and fulfillment operations. The rubber adhesive bonds reliably to a variety of surfaces, and the backing holds up under moisture exposure. A 300°F heat tolerance for up to 30 minutes makes it compatible with heated processing environments.
The tape measures 1-1/2" wide by 60 yards per roll and is 6.5 mil thick. Machine-dispensing compatibility supports high-volume application workflows. Each case contains 24 rolls and ships via parcel carrier.
