The 12" foot-operated impulse sealer uses a pedal-actuated design to deliver a 12-inch seal width while keeping both of the operator's hands free to position and manage product. The impulse heating mechanism energizes only during the active seal cycle, reducing heat exposure and energy draw compared to constant-heat sealers.
This sealer is well suited to fulfillment centers, manufacturing packaging lines, retail distribution operations, and warehouse bagging stations where throughput and operator ergonomics are priorities. It accommodates polyethylene, polypropylene, and metallic bags, making it adaptable across product types and bag specs without equipment changes.
The unit runs on standard 110-volt power with no special wiring required, and a variable timer control allows dwell time adjustment to match different bag materials and thicknesses.
