12" Foot Operated Impulse Sealer Service Kit

This service kit contains the four components most commonly replaced during routine maintenance of the 12" foot operated impulse sealer: two heating elements, one PTFE tape strip, and one PTFE cover. Having these parts on hand means sealing function can be restored immediately when wear occurs, without waiting on a separate parts order.

Impulse sealer maintenance is a regular requirement in poly bag sealing operations within warehousing, fulfillment, manufacturing, and light industrial environments. Heating elements burn out under sustained use, and PTFE surfaces degrade over time — both failure modes interrupt production. Stocking one or more kits per machine eliminates that gap for facilities running multiple sealers simultaneously.
